WRASAC is conducting a piece of research around the issues of self-harm and suicide.  We hope you will help us with this by following the link to take part in our online survey. There are 36 questions in total.

We use an on-line survey site, Survey Monkey. The results of this research will only be used for research purposes. The questionnaire is anonymous. However should any names or contact info be disclosed, they will be kept in line with WRASAC's strict Data Protection policy.
